To promote any kind of conversation, one needs a dialogue- something that can easily be achieved through a Question-answer medium, to be able to capture different perspectives of involved parties/Groups and hence, steer the Topic of conversation in a direction meaningful to all parties involved, taking into consideration the varied perspectives.
